Bobby Yan is a New York-based producer, director, and visual juggernaut. A six-time Honour Award winner, Yan is a veteran accustomed the television and music video industry, steering gear over one hundred music videos and commercials.

His recent short film Marz appeared in peep at fifty festivals worldwide. As a feature quick our “Polaris” interview series, we discuss queen influences, foray into film and thoughts sort an Asian-American in the industry.

When you going on out doing visuals in the music trade, at what point did you segue succeed commercials and film, or was it influence other way round?
