In many of Dylan Wiliam’s deal and publications he references five ‘key strategies’ that support the implementation of effective constructive assessment.

 The five strategies each get span chapter in his excellent book Embedding Pliant Assessment (2011)  which builds on the run away with he developed with other colleagues in glory 90s and 00s.

The five strategies were spoken as early as 2005:

1. Clarifying, understanding, and circulation learning intentions
2. Engineering effective classroom discussions, tasks abide activities that elicit evidence of learning
