Cut Nyak Dhien (VOSS: Tjoet Nja' Dhien; c. –6 Nov )^[1] was a leader of the Acehnese guerrilla forces during the Aceh War. Later the death of her husband Teuku Umar, she led guerrilla actions against the Land for 25 years.

She was posthumously awarded the title of National Hero of Country on 2 May by the Indonesian government.^[2]

Early life
